Warranty
The CRUISER scooter comes standard with a 1 year warranty. This covers all electrical and mechanical parts for up to 1 year. This warranty only covers manufacturer defects. We help you locate mobility scooter dealers in your area. We contact them to authorize service on the CRUISER. We advise the dealer that we will supply any replacement parts needed. We may request that the defective parts be returned to our warehouse. The customer is responsible for transporting the CRUISER to the servicing dealers. Labor costs are the resposibility of the customer.
36 Month Enhanced Warranties are available for $275.00. This will cover any manufacturer defect for a total of 36 months from the time of purchase.
The CRUISER scooter is heavy duty, but must be treated with care. If properly maintained, the CRUISER will provide you with many years of use.
WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE: Batteries, mirrors, tires, tubes, bumpers, upholstrey, or any other cosmetic feature.
