Warranty

AGM" type batteries are warranted for 60 days.

If during this period a battery is found to be defective, the customer will need to follow the instructions below for returning and have our Technical Dept. perform an evaluation on the battery found defective for a final diagnostic and determine if the product is defective in material and/or workmanship. Action Scooters will replace the battery and will ship with the customer's next order.

Return Policy & Procedure:

• No returns will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To request a RMA please call customer service.
• Your RMA number must appear clearly on the shipping label of the return shipment.
• Freight chargers of returned merchandise will be the responsibility of the customer.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All authorized returns must include a shipment tracking number.
• There are not restocking fees on returned merchandise when is ship under warranty terms for an examination to determine is product is defective in material and/or workmanship.
